1. What devices' wires are compatible with the product?
Our storage box is suitable for power cords, USB cables, HDMI cables, charging cables, etc. of most desktop appliances. The internal space and outlet design can accommodate a variety of wire diameters, taking into account both organization and ventilation.
2. Is the material safe? Is there any odor?
All products are made of non-toxic and environmentally friendly materials and meet conventional household safety standards. No odor, suitable for long-term use in desks or bedrooms.
3. Does it need to be installed? How to use it?
No installation is required, it is ready to use out of the box. Just open the lid, store the wires in the box, and lead out the wires that need to be kept outside from the outlets on both sides.
4. Can I return or exchange the product?
We support returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product remains in its original state and has not been obviously used. In case of quality problems, we will bear the return and exchange shipping costs. See: Return and Exchange Policy
5. How long does it take to ship?
The order will be shipped within 2 working days.
6. How do I track my order?
After placing an order successfully, you will receive a confirmation email with the logistics order number. You can check the logistics status in real time through the link in the email.
7. My wires are thicker, are they suitable for use?
The storage box is designed to accommodate mainstream thick wire specifications (such as socket power cords and monitor cables). If you have particularly thick industrial cables, please contact customer service to confirm whether they are suitable.
8 What if the product is damaged?
If you receive damaged goods, please take a photo and send it to itemvector@cordhavenbox.com within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible after confirmation.
