Returns or Exchanges

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you find that the product is not suitable or has quality problems after receiving it, you can apply for return or exchange according to the following policy.
1. Return conditions
The product can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product must be kept new, unused, and in the original packaging, including all accessories, instructions, labels, etc. Returns are not supported in the following cases: The product has been used but is not due to product quality problems Exceeding the return period Obvious man-made damage (scratches, cracks, etc.)
2. Exchange policy
If the product has quality problems (such as damage, missing parts, structural defects), we will provide free exchange service. Please take photos as evidence within 48 hours after receipt and send them to the customer service email: itemvector@cordhavenbox.com
3. Return process
Send an email to itemvector@cordhavenbox.com, stating the reason for the return and attaching the order number and product photos. After review, the customer service will reply within 3 working days and provide the return address and instructions. The user sends the product back and provides the logistics order number. We will complete the refund or arrange a replacement within 7 working days after receiving the return package and completing the inspection.
4. Shipping fee description
Returns and exchanges due to quality issues: We bear the round-trip shipping costs. Returns due to non-quality issues (such as personal reasons): The shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
5. Refund method
The refund will be returned to the payment method used when you placed the order. The arrival time may vary depending on the payment platform.
